The pools of employees are as follows:
Unskilled workers that are available to perform various duties such as:
debris clean-up, sweeping, trash removal, miscellaneous maintenance, furniture moving, etc.
Semi Skilled workers that are able to perform tasks and work at assignments that require some knowledge
or experience such as:
Sheetrock helpers, plumbing helpers, carpenter assistants, janitorial maintenance, warehousing, forklift
operator, painters.
Skilled workers are also provided to clients that have previous training and certifications to perform very
specific functions such as:
environmental personnel , carpenters, certified drivers, etc.

an interview with its clients consisting of the clients safety procedures; safety record and complete
understanding of what the task are for the employee. Once a client is attained the branch manger will
perform periodic job site safety inspections.
